New for 2023: No updates

1974: Bruce and the E Street Band perform their first of two shows at the War Memorial Theater in Trenton.

1977: At the Record Plant in New York City, Bruce records “The Brokenhearted.” He won’t release it for another 33 years.

1978: Bruce and the boys play a Darkness show at the St. Paul Civic Center Arena.

1984: Bruce and the E Street Band play their first of two Born in the U.S.A. shows at The Summit in Houston, where “Factory” gets its last outing for fifteen years.

1986: Bruce debuts the video for his new single, “War,” from his Live 1975-85 box set.

1995: In a departure from tour (this or pretty much any other) precedent, Bruce has an opening act at his solo acoustic show at Berkeley Community Theater. John Wesley Harding becomes the first opening act for Bruce in twenty years.

1999: Bruce and the E Street Band wrap up the first leg of their Reunion Tour at the Target Center in Minneapolis.

2016: Bruce’s promotional book tour continues with an appearance at Joseph-Beth Booksellers in Cincinnati.

2018: Springsteen on Broadway continues its theatrical run at the Walter Kerr Theater in New York City. In attendance tonight: Nicole Scherzinger and singer-songwriter (and daughter of the late lead vocalist for Soundgarden) Toni Cornell.
