New for 2023: Video for 2003

1968: The Castiles play a show at the Hullabaloo in Middletown, New Jersey.

1973: Bruce and the E Street Band open for Chicago at Boston Garden.

1978: The Darkness Tour stops in Madison for a show at the Dane County Memorial Coliseum.

1981: The European leg of the River Tour wraps up with a second show in Birmingham, England.

1984: Bruce plays a warm-up show for the Born in the U.S.A. Tour at The Stone Pony in Asbury Park. “Glory Days,” “Darlington County,” “My Hometown,” and “Born in the U.S.A.” all make their live debuts. Listen to this historic bar gig below.

1985: The stadium-breaker! Bruce’s encore of “Twist and Shout” almost collapses the stadium in Gothenburg, Sweden. Bruce will refer to this show many times over the years.

1991: At their home in Beverly Hills, Bruce and Patti marry and hold a reception with family and friends, including the E Street Band, Jackson Browne, Bonnie Raitt, Sting, and John Fogerty. Bruce performs “If I Should Fall Behind“–written for the occasion–for the very first time.

2003: Bruce and Patti celebrate their twelfth wedding anniversary at their Rising show in Florence, Italy, where Bruce dedicates “Tougher Than the Rest” for the occasion.

2018: Springsteen on Broadway continues its theatrical run at the Walter Kerr Theater in New York City.
