1973: Bruce plays at Grendel’s Lair Coffee House in Philadelphia.

1976: Bruce and the E Street Band play a Lawsuit Tour show at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Based on the student newspaper clipping below, it seems that Bruce’s shows are not necessarily easy to book or facilitate due to Bruce’s legal battle with Mike Appel. At one point, the school seemed unsure about whether this concert would happen.

1980: Bruce and the E Street Band bring the River Tour to Chicago for the first of two nights at the Uptown Theater, where they tour premiere a show-closing “Raise Your Hand.”

1985: Bruce appears on the cover of Rolling Stone.

2006: Bruce’s Italian tour comes to a close in Rome, where he and the Sessions Band tour premiere “All the Way Home.” This show is available as part of Bruce’s official archive series–get it here.

2007: The Night Two rule is in effect in East Rutherford: Bruce and the E Street Band tour premiere “Adam Raised a Cain,” “Cynthia,” “You Can Look (But You Better Not Touch)” and the live debut of “Your Own Worst Enemy” at their Magic show at the Continental Airlines Arena.

2016: Bruce makes a promotional appearance at The Harvard Coop to promote his new autobiography.

2017: Previews continue for Springsteen on Broadway at the Walter Kerr Theater in New York City.

2018: Springsteen on Broadway continues its theatrical run at the Walter Kerr Theater in New York City.

2019: Bruce appears on The Graham Norton Show to promote his new film, Western Stars.
