New for 2023: Video for 1992; audio for 2012

1973: Bruce and the E Street Band wrap a week-long residency at Oliver’s in Boston.

1978: The Darkness Tour descends on Rhode Island, for a show at the Providence Civic Center.

1984: Bruce and the E Street Band play their second of two nights at Washington DC’s Capital Center in Largo, where they play “Be True” for the very first time.

1985: The Born in the U.S.A. stadium tour moves north to CNE Stadium in Toronto for the first of two shows.

1987: Bruce joins Jah Love on stage at Key Largo in Belmar, New Jersey, for reggae versions of “My Hometown,” “Jersey Girl,” and “Born in the U.S.A.” Afterwards, he zips over to The Columns in Avon, where he performs “Lucille” and “Stand By Me” with The Cherubs.

1992: Bruce and his new touring band play their second of two shows at the Capital Center in Largo, MD.

1994: Bruce joins Stand and Deliver and Max Weinberg on stage at the Classics Cafe in Westwood, New Jersey, for a cover-filled mini-set.

1997: Five years after its international release, In Concert/MTV Plugged is finally released in the United States.

1999: Bruce and the reunited E Street Band play their fourth of five shows at Boston’s Fleet Center. Anyone know what was going on during “If I Should Fall Behind?”

2012: Bruce plays his first ever show in New Brunswick (the Canadian province, not the New Jersey college town), when the Wrecking Ball Tour makes a stop at the Magnetic Hill Music Festival in Moncton. The Trews, Tom Cochrane, and Peter Elkas make a guest appearance for the show-closing “Twist and Shout.”

2021: Springsteen on Broadway continues its limited return engagement at the St. James Theater in New York City.
