1968: The Castiles play a gig at Le Teendezvous in New Shrewsbury, New Jersey.

1973: Bruce and the E Street Band headline two shows at The Main Point in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.

1978: Bruce joins Gary Busey and The Old Dog Band on stage for “Carol” at the Sundance Saloon in Calabasas, California.

1981: Bruce and the boys play their fourth of six nights at the Brendan Byrne Arena’s opening stand. Recordings of “Independence Day,” “Cadillac Ranch,” and “Racing in the Street” will eventually be released on Live 1975-85.

1984: Night Two in Cincinnati on the Born in the U.S.A. Tour. Listen in on the soundcheck below, including a never-played “The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly.”

1985: Bruce and the E Street Band close out their Wembley Stadium stand with their third of three nights in London. Steve Van Zandt makes his third consecutive encore appearance.

1989: Nebraska is certified platinum and Darkness on the Edge of Town is certified double platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America.

1992: Bruce and his new touring band kick off a five-night stand at Wembley Arena in London, the last stand of the European leg of World Tour 1992. The setlist features a rare “With Every Wish.

2019: Bruce makes two surprise appearances at the Stone Pony Summer Stage: first with Garry Tallent & The Delevantes on “Dirty Rotten Shame,” and later joining Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes for seven songs.

2021: Springsteen on Broadway continues its limited return engagement at the St. James Theater in New York City. In attendance tonight: Dave Marsh and Barbara Carr.
