1973: Bruce plays at Grendel’s Lair Coffee House in Philadelphia.
1976: Bruce plays his first-ever show in Indiana, at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend. Following the show, Bruce and the band jam with Otis Rush on stage at a nearby club.
1979: At the Power Station in New York City, Bruce and the E Street Band record “Where the Bands Are.” The song will remain unreleased for almost 20 years.
1980: The River Tour moves on to Detroit’s Cobo Arena, where Bruce and the boys close with a tour one-off of “Quarter to Three” (following the first “Detroit Medley” with “I Hear a Train” in it). After the show, Bruce is interviewed for the January 1981 issue of Creem Magazine.
1988: Bruce plays his first and only show to date in the Ivory Coast when the Human Rights Now! Tour stops there for a show.
1992: A scheduled show at Mountain View’s Shoreline Amphitheater is postponed until later in the month after Bruce takes ill.
2005: Bruce opens his solo acoustic show at the Nassau Coliseum with a rare “Stolen Car.”
2007: It’s a standard set at Magic Tour Night One at East Rutherford’s Continental Airlines Arena, but surprises are in store for Night Two.
2009: Bruce and the E Street Band play their last-ever show at Giants Stadium, sending it off in style with a final “Wrecking Ball” to open and a cover of “The Last Time” in the encores.
2023: After a two-year hiatus, From My Home to Yours returns for an encore episode on Sirius XM with Episode 30, with some special guests from Bruce’s high school days along for the ride.
