1972: Bruce and his unnamed Band play their second night of a six-night, two-shows-nightly stand at Kenny’s Castaways In New York City.
1973: Bruce and the E Street Band play three sets at Childe Harold in Washington DC–their first of three nights. The last set is broadcast by WGTB-FM at Georgetown University.
1974: Bruce and the boys play a show at the New Jersey State Theater in New Brunswick.
1975: Bruce and the E Street Band play their second of two nights at Georgetown University on the Born to Run Tour.
1980: The original River Tour arrives in Philadelphia for a three-night stand at the Spectrum.
1984: Bruce and the E Street Band play a Born in the U.S.A. show at the Birmingham-Jefferson Civic Center Arena in Birmingham.

1993: Bruce takes a stroll around South Philly with director Jonathan Demme and his crew, filming the video for “Streets of Philadelphia.”
1995: At Night Two at Washington DC’s Constitution Hall on the Ghost of Tom Joad Tour, Bruce tour premieres “Mansion on the Hill” and “Reason to Believe.”
1996: Bruce performs a solo acoustic show at the Birmingham-Jefferson Civic Center Concert Hall in Alabama, where he plays “Sell It and They Will Come” for the last time to date.
2001: Bruce, The Max Weinberg 7 and a host of friends play their third of five holiday shows at Asbury Park’s Convention Hall in support of local charities. All of last night’s guests are present, plus the South Community Choir of Asbury Park, which kicks things off.
2003: Bad weather forces Bruce to reschedule a planned holiday show in Asbury Park.
2012: Bruce and the E Street Band play their final stateside Wrecking Ball show in Glendale, where Bruce opens with a solo acoustic “Surprise, Surprise,” Sam Moore makes a cameo on “Apollo Medley,” and Garland Jeffreys joins the band for the final two encores.
2017: Springsteen on Broadway continues its theatrical run at the Walter Kerr Theater in New York City.
2018: Springsteen on Broadway is in the home stretch of its theatrical run at the Walter Kerr Theater in New York City. Meanwhile, Bruce releases “The Promised Land” as a single in advance of the soundtrack album for his Broadway show.
2019: Bruce and Patti crash the sound check for Quincy Mumford and The Reason Why at the Stone Pony in Asbury Park, slow dancing while the band rehearses.
